The Project Helios team, in conjunction with the Executive Sponsors and the Executive Advisory Committee, has determined a go live scope and date for The Texas A&M University System’s Workday implementation.
We are targeting December 2017 and will implement the following Workday modules:
- HCM (Core HR)
- Time Tracking
In addition, Recruiting, Talent Management and Performance Management are also targeted to be ready for December 2017. The project team will then work with each member to move from PeopleAdmin to Workday over the following few months.
Once Workday is live, it will replace BPP, EPAs, Guardian I-9, HR Connect, iBenefits, PeopleAdmin (PATH), LeaveTraq and TimeTraq. Employees will access Workday through the current Single Sign On (SSO) menu.

We will continue to listen, be transparent about what the project is doing and provide opportunities for members to be heard and involved in this process.”
